Exceptionally clean rooms, friendly staff, onsite parking, beautiful location across from the arboretum, short walk to a rocky beach and port, regular buses to Dubrovnik.

Over Easter we stayed at this place and two things really stood out. the location was great - close to the beach and easily accessible by bus. the staff were helpful and friendly. One more advantage was the clean rooms.
There were some aspects that we didn't like. it was difficult to find the entrance to the property which made us feel unwelcome.

Had such a wonderful New Year experience at this charming guest house. Loved the clean and comfy rooms, and the onsite parking was definitely a plus! the location was perfect, only a short walk to a beautiful beach with crystal clear waters and breathtaking views. the helpful and friendly staff made us feel right at home.
The entrance to the guest house could use some improvements as it was challenging to find, especially with no specific signs. although the price was reasonable, a small gesture such as offering a cup of coffee or a bottle of water upon arrival would have made the stay even more enjoyable.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, with easy transportation options to nearby attractions like Dubrovnik and the beautiful beaches in the area. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we were impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also appreciated having onsite parking available during our stay.

If you're looking for a place with easy access to Dubrovnik, the location is great, with up to three buses running hourly. the rooms are exceptionally clean with friendly staff, and the arboretum is across the street, worth the visit. The bathrooms are spotless, and there is free onsite parking.
There wasn't a complimentary bottle of water or coffee offered upon arrival or departure, which would have been a nice gesture for the price.
